Is Music a form of Meditation?

When I wake up in the morning the first thing, I hear is music in my head.  This song, whatever it is stays in my head all day.  I move to it, hum, and allow it to calm and smooth my soul.  It’s a form of meditation to me.  It brings new energy to my spirit.

Music can lower stress, help you sleep better, sharpen your mind and memory, and boost your mood.
